In this 2026 contracts course we will concentrate on the Exclusive Right to Sell, Exclusive Right to Buy and the Contract to Buy and Sell in their entirety. You’ll walk away with an in-depth understanding of all aspects of these integral documents, not just a high-level discussion of what has changed from the 2025 version. This course serves as an excellent refresher while also clearing up common broker misconceptions.
