  • Next you’ll get SMART about your self-improvement and professional goals for the year, including identifying what you need to learn, who’s help you’ll need and the tactics you’ll employ.

  • Then you’ll develop a roadmap for your first 90 days and every quarter subsequent so you can make adjustments along the way and stay on track.

  • Will you need a new CRM or designation? What new processes will you need to implement to accomplish your goals? Then take a moment to reflect on any mind shifts you’ll need to undertake.

  • You end with an in-depth SWOT Analysis for the upcoming year. What are your strengths and weaknesses? What opportunities and what threats lie ahead?
